These reports are utilized to create a benchmark for a staff role and for candidates to take. This report consists of 3 reports mapping a candidates DISC style, Work Value, Team Style and Behavioral Attitude Index. Two (2) reports are to be given to current employees in similar roles to what you are hiring. Additional Reports for a more accurate Benchmark can be purchased upon request. The final report is for the interviewee to take to compare to the benchmark. For the interviewer this report provides customized interview questions based on how close the candidate is to the established benchmark for the role.
