Dyson Leadership, founded in 2022, is a leadership training and development company specializing in John Maxwell content licensed through Maxwell Leadership. What began as a dream sparked by teenage leadership programs has grown into a mission-driven business focused on helping individuals advance in their careers and helping organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and personal development.
Utilizing proven methods from Maxwell Leadership and DISC behavioral models, Dyson Leadership is committed to adding practical, lasting value to leaders at every stage of their career.
Dyson Leadership has trained thousands of individuals and reached thousands more through online content and virtual events. The company serves churches, businesses, and individuals throughout the Catawba Valley region of North Carolina and hosts virtual events attended by participants across the U.S. and internationally.

Nick Dyson, MBA
Nick Dyson helps professionals and leaders grow in their careers and leadership with clarity and confidence. He’s a Certified Speaker, Trainer, Coach, & DISC Consultant with Maxwell Leadership.
Nick is a PhD candidate in Business Administration - Leadership at Liberty University, and regularly speaks and teaches on leadership development. He also serves on the boards of Catawba Valley SHRM (President-Elect) and Hickory Young Professionals (Vice-Chair). Nick is passionate about seeing leaders and young professionals find success in their careers and develop the non-technical skills to thrive in their work.
